After combing the entire area, including the lake itself, forensic scientists found more than just the remaining parts of the dismembered body.
They found a full skeleton lying at the bottom of the lake bed, wrapped in a red cloak.

"If this is from the Arthurian period, this is an incredible find indeed."
Hopefully, more information will soon be uncovered, though it's sure to be difficult. Mr. Emrys, the owner of the land and the lake, refused to let any further investigation go on. When asked for a comment, he refused and told the crew to, in his words, "F*** off."

When a team of archaeologists discovers Arthur's skeleton in the lake of Avalon, along with a perfectly preserved cloak and sword, Merlin has no choice but to let them take his body to be displayed alongside other Arthurian artifacts for a special exhibition. Out of gratitude (or perhaps politeness), they send him an invitation.
He begrudgingly attends.

Crosshair is on Pabu when he gets a call from Echo, telling him that a Rebellion agent needs help transporting a Force-sensitive child and his family to Pabu so they can be safe from the Empire. Since Hunter is on vacation, Tech and Phee are on their honeymoon, and Wrecker is perfectly happy doing nothing, Crosshair takes Omega with him to meet up with this mysterious Rebellion agent.
One thing leads to another, and eventually, Crosshair ends up going on more and more missions with this agent. And, perhaps, if the two dare to admit it, they begin to form a relationship.

"It's true then?" Elyan frowned as he peered out the door into the hallway Lancelot had just exited through. Gwen bit her lip before nodding. "Damn. What would Lancelot and Merlin even argue about?"
"Please," Gwaine rolled his eyes before flicking his hair out of his face "This has got to be some new battle strategy. Maybe Morgana is trying to throw us off with this so we won't notice when she tries to invade again." He shrugged. The others seemed to consider this.
"That somehow makes more sense." Percival muttered. Gwen wrinkled her nose before putting down the basket with a sigh.
"I'm telling you," She said "George heard them both yelling. It sounded very intense."
"Maybe they were having sex. Sometimes people yell during sex." Gwaine suggested. Everyone turned to him.
"Is that more likely than having an argument?" Leon asked dryly. Gwaine pointed his glove at him.
"Between Lancelot and Merlin? Yes. Absolutely, you ignorant fool."
Or
Lancelot and Merlin get into an argument. All of Camelot loses its goddamn mind trying to figure out what's going on.

“You have to listen to me!” Arthur said, stomping his foot as he tried to regain the other boy’s attention “I’m the prince!” He shouted and reached forward to jab at his arm. The boy looked at him with consideration.
“My mama says I should only listen to people who are smarter than me,” He said calmly and tilted his head “Are you smarter than me?”
“Yes! I know how to count to ten.”
“Well, I know how to count to twenty,” The boy shrugged and went back to the flowers “So I guess you have to listen to me.”
Arthur gaped. He wasn’t sure how this had all gone so wrong.
“I don’t like you,” He muttered and plopped onto the ground next to him. He wrinkled his nose, eyes searching the empty forest for a moment before turning back to the boy “You’re going to be my friend.”
“No, thank you.”

Instead of Ygraine dying as the cost for Arthur’s birth, it was an important druid leader. This leads to a massive war between magic and non-magical creatures… That isn’t why Merlin is Arthur’s enemy though. That’s more because he said his hair isn’t pretty.

Summary
Uther is dead, Merlin feels guilty and Arthur is a bit terrified. Arthur is about to be crowned King, which implies changes, and both Arthur and Merlin fear them. But changes are not always bad, are they? And some things don't need to change. Arthur and Merlin just need to remind that to each other.
Or
What crossed Merlin and Arthur's minds during the 'You are a loyal friend' scene? What happened after Arthur suggested having breakfast together at the end of The Wicked Day? How did Merlin and Arthur live Arthur's coronation? And how come Merlin kept being Arthur's manservant after he was crowned King, if kings don't usually have a single manservant?
