Summary
Keith took a deep breath before speaking up again, “Didn’t I fucking tell you to disappear?”
At that Lance’s heart – the one that he only just seemed to have glued back – shattered.
“I-I just-”
“No! LEAVE! You are NOT him! He was there for me! And you…” he exhaled, “Honestly, who do you think you are? Did you think I’ll just wait for you forever? That I’ll sit patiently and wait for you to finally pull out the stick you have up your ass, and…”
Lance didn’t know what to say, and so he didn’t. Keith on the other hand went on.
“All I want from you, is to disappear! You are not Shiro. You will never be half the man he ever was.”
The boy pushed himself up and out of Lance’s arms. And Lance let him go.

Alternatively : Lance and Keith are childhood friends but they got separated for 5 years. A misunderstanding makes it so their next encounter isn't sweet. It isn't even bittersweet. It's just bitter. So, so bitter. Keith is angry,. And Lance is confused and hurt, which leads him to make some... questionable decisions. Get ready for Angst. There are some referenced deaths and bullying. It's not explicit, but if you're not comfortable with it be careful.

Lance couldn’t help the bewildered look on his face, still the girl went on “your ego took a hit this morning so you decided to just go somewhere to brood” and that got Lance to shut up. His ego? That wasn’t the issue, but how, just how was he supposed to say that to his friends? You didn’t hurt my ego, you hurt my feelings? Fuck no. I’m never saying that. But I have to say something, anything, just -
A story of missed opportunities and regrets, yet still, somehow everything ends up okay.
Aternatively: Lance feels like the 7th wheel and misses Keith, the team doesn't help in the slightest. Lance doesn't want to appear weak so he doesn't say anything, and lets his friends talk down on him. His friends' words hurt his mind and soul, that is until they actually lead to something much worse.
But maybe one person can change everything. Wonder who that one might be?

Summary
Prince Keith of Marmora is known for being easy. After the big fiasco of the kingdom finding out both the princes were gay, Keith saw no need to hide who he was anymore; this led to him sleeping with whatever man he desired.
What he was unaware of, though, was that Lance, his right-hand man and childhood friend, was desperately and hopelessly in love with him. But after seeing the prince blatantly show no interest in him time and time again, he starts to pull away from his best friend.
Now Keith has to take accountability for his actions if he even thinks of trying to get Lance back.

“Your Highness,” the young man greets, pulling back just enough for Keith’s hand to hover in the empty space without his warmth. The consort offers a small bow, and as he rises he tilts his head. “It is a pleasure to meet you.” He continues, covering the distance again until their breaths mingle as one.
Keith swallows and finds himself sinking into the expanse of blue in the man’s eyes.
Keith long forgets the goal of disinterest, he long forgets his thrill for the battlefield, he long forgets any purpose or place that is not staring into the endless blue of this man’s eyes.
