    Summary

Ranma Saotome has faced gods, monsters, and fate itself—but he’s never faced a world that burns by design.

When a rift tears him from everything familiar, he lands in a city where combustion is contagious, and salvation wears uniforms. The Fire Force doesn’t know what to make of him: no flame signature, no records, no past. Just a fighter who moves like he’s been here before, dodges before danger strikes, and takes apart a battlefield like he’s solving a riddle.

But Ranma isn’t here to save the world. He’s just trying to find his footing—and an orange cat who seems to know more than she should. And yet, every step draws him deeper into a war of flame, faith, and false gods. Because something in this world recognizes him... and it wants to burn him out of it.

And maybe, just maybe—it’s afraid of what doesn’t burn.

A Fire Force × Ranma crossover that blends tactical combat, metaphysical chaos, and slow-burn character arcs. Plot-heavy. Emotionally grounded. Martial arts meets mythmaking.

    Summary

"And then there's a customized copy of PONY PALS, a gift to you on your 14th birthday from the slippery Mr. Strider. Each page contains lovingly hand-written commentary on the deeds of this intrepid young horse. Later, about halfway through the book, rather than see the gag through to the bitter end, Strider began pasting over entire pages of original text with his own completely rewritten version of the story, while keeping all the chapter titles. His revision is a tough, emotionally draining read. But it's cathartic, in all the worst ways possible.
He tends to get carried away with his projects."

Note: this work is an altered book, and it plays on the physical relationship between the original pages and the edited text. As such, it's presented as a series of images. Reading the images is the only way to get the full experience, but I'm aware that some people can't/don't want to read it that way. So if that's the case, you can skip to chapter 13, which is a text-only version of the story, including rough descriptions of the most important illustrations.

    Summary

Sanji was panicking. He was stuck on an island he didn't know, surrounded by people he didn't understand, forced to wear something he didn't enjoy...

...and apparently realising he didn't know as much about himself as he assumed.

Only problem was the fact that of all people who could have lead him to that discovery, it somehow ended up being an ex-warlord, Sir Crocodile.

    -------
An alternative version of how things could have gone at Kamabakka, with Sanji struggling with internalized transphobia and Crocodile wondering why he had even let himself get involved in this mess.
