After being a devoted fan for the past three years he can't believe he actually scored a ticket to his signing event! He can't believe he's going to meet his idol! He can't believe it! He can't believe it! He can't embarrass himself or else his life will be over! The plan is simple, go in, sound like a normal human being, shake his hand, smell him if the opportunity presents itself, get a signature that he can obsess over for the rest of his life, and then leave.
