Summary
Sam was acting different. Even more so than his usual weird, geeky self. Dean watched him with tight eyes, hunched over the side of the lumpy motel bed. This morning, Sam had asked for Lucky Charms. Not avocado toast, or oatmeal, or whatever health food crap he regularly consumed. Dean looked at him like he had just sprouted another head and laid eggs, and Sam just looked back with those big brown eyes.
Aka: Sam regresses and daddy! Dean takes care of him.

Summary
Being sick whilst your little is sick? It’s almost torture. And Dean has been tortured, in the literal sense—knives, psychologically, the works. But it quite honestly seems nothing in comparison to being stuck with Sam whilst they’re both sick and his brother is regressed.
“Sam- just wait- Sam-“ Dean cuts himself off with a sigh, turning the stove down. The motel they’re staying in has a kitchenette which is a nice touch, though neither of them have been able to enjoy it, having fallen sick shortly after arriving. With the soup not in danger of overcooking, Dean gives Sam what he wants; two arms wrapped around him, and his older brother’s full attention.
OR:
Both Dean and Sam are sick. Add in the fact that Sam is also regressed, and things just got a whole lot trickier.

“Why’d you go for the elevator?”
If Buck had asked him that while he was still laid up in a hospital bed, he probably would’ve shrugged and said, “That’s what my gut was telling me to do,” and turned it into a joke about, well, literally being stabbed in the gut.
But no, Buck asked Eddie moments after he’d had the abrupt realization that Buck is Christopher’s other dad, a thought he figured he could put right away and think about some other time—like sometime when he wasn’t looking Buck right in the face.
Or, Eddie comes over to help with Theo and comes to a few conclusions.
