Yeosang is beginning to regret his life choices.
The problem is honestly Jung Wooyoung. Yeosang would never be in this situation if it wasn’t for his friend’s ridiculous skills of persuasion. All it took was fifteen minutes of Wooyoung’s pleading and puppy eyes, which should honestly be classified as a weapon of mass destruction, before Yeosang was agreeing to whatever it was Wooyoung was proposing.
What he proposed was a job, and a cut in the job’s reward. He didn’t know what the job was yet, just that they would need a hacker and mechanic. Yeosang happens to be both, and Wooyoung was already in the area.
It’s only for a few weeks, Yeosang reminds himself. A few weeks on a ship that really shouldn’t be able to fly, surrounded by people he doesn’t know. Just enough time to do the job, take his cut, and go back home.
