Summary
Taking his life in his hands, Shachi leans over into Law’s personal space and says, “I’m going to assume we managed to sail into this mess all on our own, instead of blaming Strawhat.”
His captain, tellingly, doesn’t respond beyond a wordless grumble.
They are definitely still somewhere in the Grand Line, more than halfway into the New World and all its nightmarish weather phenomenons- phenomena. Phenomeni? Whatever. Point is, there’s an island, with a small town, and a whole bunch of astounded eyes staring at the Polar Tang were she’s bobbing in the water at the end of their public dock. There’s even a newspaper, being clutched in Law’s hands, with a rather damning date printed at the top of the front page.
Getting sucked into an undersea whirlpool and spat back out thirty-odd years in the past is a new one for the Heart Pirates.

Simon never really thought about what it would feel like to be shot before Jubal Early did precisely that. It hurt, of course, though not quite as bad as he expected. But there’s more to being shot than just physical pain and Simon isn’t sure what to do with the emotional fallout from the whole event. Luckily, the crew of Serenity has more than their fair share of experience being shot and they’re here to help the good doctor navigate this new sort of pain.

Summary
A Marine ship runs afoul of a crew of slavers in the North Blue, and Rocinante is taken captive. The son of an admiral is particularly valuable, after all.
The same crew has also stolen Baby 5 from the Donquixote Pirates, and Doflamingo is determined to get her back and show the whole Blue what happens to those who cross him.
Perhaps Doflamingo will find more than one person he's lost.
