...but when the urge to help someone comes to him, he ponders little over it. That's just what a good person would do, and Freminet desperately wants to be a good.

Summary
After GLaDOS begrudgingly spares Wheatley—turning him into a hulking, digitigrade machine with sharp claws and a wire-like tail—she assigns him to be Chell’s companion. Not out of kindness, of course, but as a means of control. Chell, finding the outside world a desolate wasteland, reluctantly chooses to remain in Aperture, striking a deal to test in exchange for shelter.
Tensions are high. Chell wants nothing to do with Wheatley after his betrayal, and Wheatley—desperate to make things right—clings to her like a lost, overgrown pet, completely unaware that GLaDOS has tweaked his personality to be more… submissive. And clingy. And strangely feline.
Between the constant tests, Wheatley’s misguided attempts to gain forgiveness, and GLaDOS’ endless amusement at the walking disaster she’s created, Chell finds herself stuck in a bizarre new routine. Testing. Resting. And somehow, tolerating Wheatley curling up beside her like an oversized cat every night.

Summary
A 15 years old Luka is repeatedly told that everything he achieved must've been thanks to his parents and not years worth of his meticulous hard work. By then he knows better than to argue and just smiles. A 23 years old Luka thinks that despite everything his parents must've raised him right, because here he is, relishing in the blindingly bright spotlight, rich, famous and successful.
Luka at 27 thinks that if his parents were kinder, he might've learned that there is more to life than numbers and contracts and vocal exercises, but what does he know. Luka has a carefully crafted career to uphold, and it requires him to maintain his facade. Is it a facade if that's just what he has been this entire time?

Something throbs under Till’s thumb. A beat passes. It does it again. Till looks down, confused, and realizes that his hand is gripping Ivan’s wrist, nails digging into the pale skin, his thumb jabbed right into the pulse point.
Ivan’s heart beats slowly. Ivan breathes slowly. Ivan blinks slowly, his giant eyes tilted up. When they make eye contact, Ivan’s pulse skips a beat. The only thought running through Till’s head is: huh?
“Hello,” Ivan says. “You went somewhere.”
“Uh,” Till manages. Ivan’s pulse thrums under his fingers. Why is it so soothing? Every beat of Ivan’s heart lifts a bit of the weight off Till’s chest. Is that normal?
(or: somewhere along the way, Ivan and Till "fall in love," or something like that. This changes nothing that matters, but they end up okay.)

Namely, getting closer to your favourite sunbae without having him mad at you every three seconds.

His brows furrowed, gnawing on the pen in his mouth. Serizawa had already been working with Reigen for about a year, right? That meant he’d have to start doing taxes just like everyone else. However.. Reigen had different ideas. Something that felt absolutely genius, an idea that made him drop the pen from his mouth. It was pretty smart, a hard offer to pass up on. They would never have to talk about it again, right? It would be for financial purposes only.
“Hey Serizawa. We need to get married like right now.”
Serizawa almost choked on his soup.

Summary
Shigeo Kageyama. To Teru, he is not just a person, but an event: the singular event that divides Teru's life. Before he meets Kageyama, Teru is the protagonist. He has great grades, sits on top of the school hierarchy, and picks fights with people who are too small to fight back.
After Kageyama, it's like Teruki Hanazawa has been born again. Even the most basic tenets of Teru's former life philosophy are stripped away and replaced by the Kageyama Paradigm. Teru's not a protagonist, but a commoner. And he's going to be Kageyama's rival. He's going to do good deeds until he is good.
But there's a problem: Teru keeps fucking up and hurting people. He's still a bad person.
No one seems to notice that he's a bad person. There's still game nights with the Kageyamas. There's still Tome and Shou and a fake psychic who keeps trying to be his dad.
Teru knows that they'll all wise up someday and leave him. That, soon, it'll just be him and his mom again. But he clings hard to the facade of "good person" he worked hard to create. Because he wants them to stay, to love him, to look at a version of him he could never see.
tldr: Teru grows up, navigates trauma, and learns how to accept and return love

The morning after Mob defeats Suzuki Touichiro is… interesting. None of them really know what to do now that it’s over. They don’t breach the subject aside from figuring out where they’re going to stay and how they’re going to get out of their battered clothing, and it seems as though they’re determined not to talk about it yet. Even Mob, who would normally be oblivious to moods like these, has his lips tightly sealed, apparently just as loathe to bring it up as the rest.
Shou and Ritsu have a heart-to-heart concerning the events of the World Domination arc.
