Summary
When Vox is kicked out of V tower by Valentino and Velvette, he has no where else to go but the stupid Hazbin Hotel he had spent months trying to destroy. Unsure if it is safe to trust him, Charlie assigns Alastor to be Vox's 24/7 body guard until Vox has shown some behavioral improvements. None too happy about this arrangement, Alastor makes it his mission to annoy Vox enough that he decides to leave. But what happens when Vox shows zero interest in fighting Alastor anymore? Vox's new, seemingly even more pathetic demeanor infuriates him. This can't be the end of their rivalry. This can't be the end of them.

After everything that happened, he was disgusted and ashamed to find himself buzzing with anticipation, and his heart ached just as it had back then at the bar.

Love was a cruel mistress, he mused, despite this being no such time for musing.“There you are,” came Alastor’s lilting, filtered speech.
Vox was lucky to have already collapsed, because his knees weakened at the sound of the man's voice. Through all of this, sentimentality gave way to the burning humiliation and rage again. Who the fuck does he think he is, showing up here? For what? To rub it in his face? He growled lowly in response.
“Come to finish the job? Cause I’m pretty damn sure that guy you just reduced to atoms was gonna do your dirty work for you.”An old-timey laugh track crackled through the air as Alastor came into Vox’s full view. “Quite the opposite, my dear.”

But I suggest you leave me the fuck alone about it and think about declaring a temporary truce, because we’re both stuck in this room, and your inhibitions are going to be just as lowered as mine.”
“Oh, I’m well aware,” Alastor drawled, and let his legs fall open, revealing that he was every bit as hard as Vox was right now. He dragged his fingers delicately up the thick ridge straining against his pants as Vox’s pulse roared in his ears. “What sort of truce do you have in mind?”
