Gon ignored the reprimand. “Yeah but I thought I would catch up to you this time! I grew at least two more inches since I saw you, but you’ve still outdone me.” The pout slowly left his face as he thoroughly sized up Killua again. Golden eyes roamed every inch of his pale friend’s body, from silver tufts of hair to purple sneakers. His eyes glazed over slightly as his mouth quirked into a soft smile, biting his bottom lip between his teeth.
Confusion and adrenaline pumped through Killua’s veins as his stomach stirred with heat, stopping his breath. He didn’t recognize this look, at least not on Gon’s face. His heart raced with a new song and he felt the wave of heat rise from his stomach to the tips of his ears. “W-why are you looking at me like that?”
A story in which Gon decides to stop waiting and pines after Killua following a very romantic wedding between two dear friends.
