Ever since Henry nearly sleepwalked to his death, Hans has been pretty aware of the whole nightmares thing. So, it makes sense to have him sleep in Hans's room; much easier to haul him back to bed. And perhaps Hans sleeps a little better, with Henry's breathing across from him. One can't outprice safety.
Henry, on his part, gets a free bed upgrade and someone to make sure he doesn't fall off the castle walls half asleep. And perhaps a distraction, a friend.
But after Malehov, it feels a little different. Sometimes, in the dead of the night, it's easier to see things a little clearer.
