Shane curled up with the force of it, the tightness in his belly ratcheting up with each pass. The heel of Ilya’s palm circled the head, pressure firmer.
Soft grunts fell past Shane’s lips, little, “uhn, uhn, uhn’s,” that kept his lips parted as the noises spilled out against Ilya’s cheek.
Shane’s core tightened, his brows furrowed, he held his breath.
And Ilya moved his palm away again.
“Fu–” Shane groaned, choking the curse into a hiccup. The air around his face felt cold where Ilya’s hands had been. He squeezed his eyes shut, trying to burn away the emptiness left by the ghost of that friction, to will Ilya’s hand back. His heart pounded at his throat, so loud it nearly drowned the sound of Ilya’s soft, pleased laughter.

But he didn’t count on the fact there was one person in the room who, besides Eleven and Hopper, had the reason to be the most stir-crazy of them all — and Munson had practically made antagonizing Steve into an even bigger pastime than a professional goddamn sport.
There were a variety of one liners he liked to deploy when Steve would roll his eyes or let loose a huff of annoyance.
“What’s got your panties in a twist, Harrington?” he would ask, or, “Baby skip his nap today?”
A personal favorite of his seemed to be some variation of asking if it was Steve’s time of the month. “You on your period, sweetheart?” he’ll ask. It never failed to kill with the boys, who would fall all over themselves laughing when he asked — usually after whatever meeting they were in, because it also never failed to get Nancy apoplectic. Munson, to his credit, had only needed twice to learn to keep that one way under his breath and out of her earshot for fear she’d shoot his nuts off.
These questions also had the unique ability to make Steve as red as a fucking tomato which, like, fuck him, he guessed.
In which Steve learns a thing or two, by doing a thing or two.

In fact, Dustin would not shut up about it a few days ago, when Steve had picked him up from a D&D session at the Wheeler’s – "Eddie says he got a motorcycle, which is so badass, I wonder what it looks like, why aren’t you that badass, Steve," etcetera. And since then it's been popping up in conversations everywhere, all these offhand comments about how loud or fast or cool or stupid it is, depending on the source. He'd acted disinterested. He was disinterested.
Now he sees it for himself, sees Eddie leaning over it with one boot planted firmly on the ground, lifting up a pair of goggles to squint towards the storefront, and, well. Steve's always known he’s been lying to himself – about a lot of things, actually – but now he really feels ridiculous.

By the tilt of his eyes or the crook of his finger, whether money, object or person, if he wanted it, he got it. No one told him no.
Until Corroded Coffin. Until Eddie Munson.
"I won’t. And if you don’t like it, you can leave." Steve declared, folding his arms tightly.
Munson pursed his lips, then nodded. He turned on his heel and made for the door, before Steve could catch up.
"Where are you going?"
"Leaving."
"I don’t want you to leave!"
Or...Steve is a spoiled brat who always gets what he wants. He wants Eddie. But Eddie doesn't make it easy. He teaches him some manners and they connect in ways Steve never imagined. A surprise to no one, Steve wants more, and Eddie Munson might just be everything.
