Summary
Emery and Amari have known each other for longer than they can recall. Since the beginning, when the two of them were no bigger than children, they have been awfully close. Attached at the hip, it was only a matter of time before feelings beyond friendship began to blossom. But they were soon to be separated by distance, when Amari made the decision to travel overseas. Bouncing from place to place and eventually settling on revisiting is home country, Thailand.
Contact between then ever since Amari's departure has been minimal. They develop connections and relationships separately, even if they still yearn for one another. When Amari receives an invitation to Emery's wedding soon to take place, he makes the hasty decision to gather what he can of his savings so he can attend, even if only to support his "friend" one more time. He doesn't crash the wedding, against his better judgement... but things still fall apart in his favour.

Poe’s visible pupil expands. “That isn’t phrased as a question.”
“Considering how obvious the answer is, it doesn’t need to be,” Ranpo murmurs, lips teasing at a smile. “Right?”
After seven years of suppressors, Ranpo wants to try spending his rut with his newly bonded mate Poe. Naturally a rut after years of suppressants is going to be much more intense than others, but Poe is more than willing to be there for his alpha every step of the way.
