This is a transcript of an interview Ilya gave in 2023 to the Russian youtube interviewer and journalist Yuri Dud’.
[Dud’ is famous for his thorough yet friendly talks with influential people (e.g., Navalny, Zadorov, a Russian hockey player, etc.). His interviews take place in different locations and address all kinds of topics — from politics to personal life. Dud’ has openly criticised the Russian government and has been convicted in Russia for his views. Luckily, he had left Russia.
