Akane was sure that was Ranma in a disguise, the boy had run similar scams too many times to count, how he convinced Ryoga he was his inexistent little sister was a mystery but she wanted to meet Shirokuro puppies and she wasn't going to let Ranma ruin this just to mess with Ryoga, she was making him drop the disguise before the day is over.
Ryoga just wanted to spend time with Akane and meet Shirokuro puppies, he didn't expect his sister to be home, he probably should have told her sister in advance but it was already too late, now he had to find a way to avoid Akane from finding out that his sister Yoiko and “Ranma” are the same person
Yoiko was going to murder her brother, she just wanted to play with the puppies and maybe spend time with her big bro, now she had to find a way to keep her secret in front of Akane. She could just leave but… she couldn’t trust either of them to care about the dogs well enough! It totally wasn’t because she missed her big brother, that isn’t it… well, all that time getting raised by a con artist had to be used for SOMETHING.
Shirokuro was happy, her old puppies came home to meet her new puppies, and they bought a friend that was really good at giving scritchies!
