Summary
Ambitious like his father, the media preached as Timothy saved DI from collapse. Clever like his mother, they wrote as Timothy bought up small seemingly unprofitable industries and made them bloom under his company’s care, bringing DI’s stocks back to their former glory within a year. A true son of Gotham, they said as Timothy developed his offices in the city and went above and beyond to pay his workers fair wages. Selfless, they called him as Timothy reduced his own salary to ensure DI would survive these changes, sacrificing his time and dreams to keep the company afloat. Tragic, they all but wrote in every article, unable to keep themselves from rehashing his parents’ deaths.
At only 19, Tim is one of the youngest CEOs in the world. He’s certainly the youngest CEO of a fortune 200 company.
And yet, it takes little to make his empire collapse like a house of cards.

Tim was independent. He was reliable. He was self-sufficient. He was ten years old, and ten year olds didn’t need help – he was practically an adult at this point.
The only problem was that his tooth hurt.

Summary
Tim Drake leads a...mostly normal life, helping people get the best insurance they can afford. Soon though, he finds himself embroiled in a plot that involves Robin trying to take him down, and Batgirl possibly helping. Add to the mix Red Hood using him for information, and a strange young man walking into his office under false pretenses, Tim finds that his mostly normal life is about to completely change.
Tim knew there were worse jobs in Gotham than insurance agent, but he’s hard pressed to think of another at the moment. As he shoots off an email to a client about looking into their claim asap, he hears the glass door to the small insurance office open and watches Stephanie Brown, the goddamn Batgirl, walk into the agency and catch his eye. He puts 'masked vigilante' at the top of the list.

The Red Hood is barely more than a whisper in Gotham, Batman's hardly had time to hear his name. The plan's going smoothly, really. No way anyone's onto him yet. So could someone please explain why there's a baby bird in his bed?!

Summary
Call Tim biased, but he was of the firm view that locking a child alone in a room was almost an objectively evil act. Made worse when done to an already abused child, and further when the room was maybe twice the size of a closet. If he heard of anyone doing it to his sister, he just might actually kill them.
And yet, with several months to prep, that was still the best option he and Steph had found for a newly kidnapped Cassandra.
--
or; Cassandra gets to live a life without any blood on her hands, even if she has to microdose on solitary confinement first. Tim and Steph get a kid of their own, even if that does immediately make the bat situation more complicated. It's more then worth it, for both of them. Family always is.
(Also David Cain is NOT happy, and baby Harper Row still has one of the worst nights of her life)Series

Summary
"Is this the part when you can finally tell us whether or not you're League?" Dick asks mildly, the first of them to take a step forward. He seems surprised, obviously, and mildly concerned, but not the least bit threatened. His hand isn't even on his belt. Red was staring into the acrobat's soul, and Dick just took off his cowl and quirked an eyebrow.
"Well, no one's League anymore." Red, honest to God, giggled. "Talia's calling her faction 'Leviathan', and I'm calling my 'faction' 'bunch of idiots who won't take fuck off as an answer from anyone but Nyssa'. But..." Red tilted his head, falling silent as he thought.
"But?" Dick prompted, all too eager to keep Red's attention while the rest of them were still trying to catch up to the conversation. Babs put an arm around Damian, leading him to the medbay, and the kid didn't say a peep. Jason felt like he was in the fucking Twilight Zone.
"But I don't see a reason not to tell you, at this point."
