Summary
Lando had spent hours getting ready after work for their first date, taming and styling his unruly curls, carefully curating an outfit, even doing a little bit of makeup.
Carlos was late. Seventeen minutes late, leaving Lando stewing at the table. He’d looked up to the sound of footsteps, mouth opening in a friendly greeting, when he’d had to stop short in his tracks.
Carlos was wearing jeans.
Jeans.
or: Lando has learnt his lesson not to put in effort for people who don't return the favour, after a disastrous date. That is, until, he's rescued by a particularly handsome guy and decides that maybe this one will be worth it.
He's right.

“Look, I don’t even know the guy. Oscar Piastri, right? That’s his name?” He shook his head, scoffing. “Not my type at all. I don’t go for…..Boring. And he looks like the type who’d rather talk about cars than.... Well, literally anything else.”
The interviewer laughed nervously, sensing the bite. But Lando grinned, satisfied, reckless in how he let the words slip. The quote spread like wildfire. Headlines ate it up.
“Lando Norris Laughs Off Dating Rumors With F1’s Oscar Piastri: ‘Not My Type At All’.”
Or, Lando, a globally recognized pop star managing the intense demands of his career, and Oscar, a Formula One driver currently dominating the World Driver's Championship, both desperately needed a week's break. Coincidentally, they both chose the same secluded location for their much-needed break from the spotlight.
Even though neither man had actually seen or interacted with the other during their overlapping vacation, the simple fact of their shared location quickly triggered immediate and widespread speculation. The media and fans soon fabricated a rumored relationship between the pop star and the formula one driver.

Summary
Lando is a red bull fanatic and a pop princess who’s been sold to the enemy (mclaren, it’s orange, it’s tragic).
Oscar is the smug, pretty australian rookie who keeps beating his favourite driver and has the audacity to smirk about it.Lando is dramatic. (his brand is built on sassy comebacks, flirty lyrics, and 3am rants about max verstappen's legacy.)
Oscar is calm. (his brand is built on data, quiet confidence, and the newfound hobby of making lando norris blush so hard he short-circuits.)Their fans are losing it. The manager and team principal is concerned. Their vibe is 'mortal enemies' but it's giving 'sexual tension so thick you could race on it.'
But it’s fine, Lando is going to win this war. Or kiss him. Whichever comes first.

Flash. Click. The shot captured them mid-laugh, eyes locked - Oscar’s expression soft and unguarded, Lando’s relaxed and carefree.
It looked real. Too real.
“Brilliant, lads!” PR said. “We’ll send the relevant pictures to you two to post, alright?”
Lando leant back into his seat, muttering, “Brilliant, huh? Guess we’re good at pretending.”
Oscar glanced at him, still caught off guard.
“Yeah,” he says quietly. “Guess we are.”
The next day, the picture hit Instagram.

AKA Oscar thinks Lando hates him. Lando is secretly in love the entire time. They fake date to clean up a PR nightmare. It doesn't quite go as anyone expects.

"He swears then, at 2 am on a Friday when sleep still has not come that Mark can get lost with his terrible ideas. Contract or not, Oscar is not going to be in the same room as Lando Norris. Ever again. He also decides that he will train tomorrow, even though he does not have to, because even if a lot of people have let him down or made him feel terrible about himself, he knows that the moment he wins that driver’s championship he will be able to look at anyone who ever hurt him and say: “Look, I’ve made it, so who’s the looser now?”."

Mark comes to Oscar with a terrible plan to try and prove to the world that Oscar is not a cold-hearted robot, and as they say, the rest is history. -

Summary
When people say Oscar Piastri is quiet, emotionless and borderline boring, they might have mistaken it with the term grounded and collected.
Because despite the shit strategy, Oscar has a solid support system, a clingy super model boyfriend, George Russell
or based on the behind the scene of Qatar GP 2025, Oscar centric-ish.

Summary
Looking back he should have seen it, should have stopped, should have tried to change things. But when he does see it, crystal clear and unavoidable it's already much too late. The weight of the world championship, his first ever one, blinds him the moment he steps out of the car. He should have known when Oscar claps him on the back, tells him he is proud, congratulates him, except Lando just shrugs him off. He will see Oscar during the briefing, no need to hunt him down, tonight is his night. And so he parties, drinks, dances.
But Oscar isn't at the briefing, and Lando is afraid to ask when Zac doesn't mention it. When he discusses next year like nothing is changing. Except Zac brings up words like "second seat" and "new rookie" and Lando looks confused, because he has Oscar right?
Except now anger replaces anything he can think of, and fine, if Oscar wants to throw away what they had then he doesn't care, he is the world champion afterall and Oscar doesnt matter.
or, the story where Oscar leaves to Redbull after Lando wins the 2025 wdc, and Lando pretends that he doesn't care. Because he doesn't, right?

Summary
“Oh no,” Oscar says in the video, “clubbing isn’t really my thing. I had a bit of a headache as well so I had to decline.” His smile is a bit sheepish and his cheeks carry a blush. Following up on the previous question, the reporter mentions Carlos’ name. The subtle roll of Oscar’s eyes does not go unnoticed. “Mate, I think you’re better off asking Lando these questions,” he says with a laugh. The two drivers next to him join in with a chuckle, which makes Oscar look their way. He then looks at the reporter again and shrugs. “Typical Carlos. Always there to celebrate, huh.”

Summary
Lando Norris doesn’t believe in scent bonds anymore. Not after the heartbreak, the silence, and years spent rebuilding a life for himself and his four-year-old son. His world is small now, predictable, safe. Then McLaren hires him as a race engineer — and Oscar Piastri happens.
Oscar is steady, gentle, and impossibly kind. He never pushes, just quietly becomes part of their days… until Theo, who has a speech delay and rarely speaks at all, smiles and makes a sound just for him. And suddenly Lando feels something he thought he’d lost for good.
But scent bonds are fragile. And trusting an alpha again might be the hardest race Lando’s ever run.

Summary
Lando Norris thought he had moved on. Teaching PE at a junior high school, his life was ordinary, steady, safe — a far cry from the world he once dreamed of. And a far cry from Oscar Piastri, the man he loved and lost.
But fate has a cruel sense of humor. On a school field trip to the F1 paddock, Lando finds himself face to face with the McLaren driver who broke his heart. Oscar, older, sharper, and every bit as untouchable as before, looks at him like no time has passed at all.
Old wounds resurface, words go unsaid, and Lando can’t help but wonder: is this just a cruel reminder of what they lost, or the chance to rewrite the ending they never got?

Summary
Oscar had grown up going to church every Sunday in his little suit and tie, saying grace before every meal, doing his good deed everyday, appreciating the life he had been given by God.. in short he grew up being a good Catholic boy. A picture perfect Catholic boy too, he made sure to never sin and he abided by God’s every word.
When Oscar first met Lando, he hadn't expected the driver to be Catholic as well, considering his reputation. It irked him and he didn't know why. He tried to keep his distance at first, more worried about sorting out that weird feeling rather than Lando himself, but Lando managed to worm his way into his life anyway.

When the night finally began to fade, they stepped out together. The city hummed below them. They stood side by side for a long moment before parting ways.
But later, when they were home, they each searched the other’s name anyway and hit follow.
@LandoNorris followed you
@OscarPiastri followed you
Somehow, that felt like something more.

“Would you wanna come to Spain this weekend?”
Lando blinked. “Spain?”
“Yeah, for the race,” Oscar clarified, pushing himself upright. “Barcelona. Come watch. From the garage.” Lando’s pen stilled between his fingers. He swivelled slightly in his chair, narrowing his eyes. “From the garage?”
“Yeah.” Oscar leaned forward, elbows on his knees, gaze steady. “You’d be right there. Close to all the action.” Lando’s mind tripped over itself. He’d never been to a race in person. He’d seen glimpses on TV — the roar, the chaos, the cameras everywhere. His stomach gave a nervous twist.
“Not sure I’m really… built for that,” he muttered, trying for lightness. “I’ll stick out like a bad brushstroke.” Oscar’s grin tugged wider. “No, you will look like a guy sitting in the garage watching his boyfriend race.”
The word landed heavy in the air. Boyfriend. It still curled warm in Lando’s chest, even five months in.
