It's 2023 in Chicago and today Castiel Novak, head detective of the CCPD is leading the case against Dean Winchester, the supposed mastermind behind the unique and intricate string of murders that have been appearing throughout the city for the past two years.
As Castiel tries and fails to get the accused psychopath to confess to the crimes he committed and why, he grows more and more uncertain that this was the man behind the atrocities that had taken place.
Meanwhile Dean is just trying to get by on a minimum wage job while working with his therapist to help him remember his traumatic childhood when police officers break into his house, cuff him and drive an hour to Chicago city just to tell him that he had been framed for murder with no way to prove it wasn't him.
And to make everything worse the blue-eyed detective that was given this case is terribly attractive and for some reason, the longer he's around him Dean's forced to remember his traumatic past.

When Dean is driving his impala with the food for Sam and himself, he found a strange boy by himself.
The boy named David is weirdly optimistic and mostly obedient which freak both brothers out. They already tested holy water, silver and all on him but it didn’t affect the strange boy in any way.
Dean assumes that David was most likely abandoned and neglected by his own parents since the boy will follow him everywhere and try to keep him in his sight…
But when Castiel set his eyes on David, he along with other angels immediately recommends that brothers destroy that “manmade abomination”.
Things get worst when David realizes monsters, witches, ghosts, demons & angels are real...while Dean is feeling conflicted on this childlike robot and is thinking about giving the robo-kid back to the creator...
