The neighbours avoid them too, the tenants, who seem to become stranger and stranger with every moment they spend there.
The House is a fact of life, and it won't be going anywhere anytime soon... or perhaps ever.

The Brigadier first met the individual known as “The Doctor” five years ago. Though he still is largely uncertain of who he is, or from where he has come, there are two things he does know.
1. That he poses a threat of incredible proportions to the people of planet Earth.
2. That he, the Brigadier, will do anything in his power to stop him.
Or in other words, UNIT thinks the Doctor is an alien who keeps abducting people, even though he's just going about his usual business, and his companions are perfectly happy to travel with him. The Brigadier keeps tracking him down, but never seems to succeed in catching him. Eventually they realize that this whole thing was just one big misunderstanding. Eventually.

“You wouldn’t have if you hadn’t leveled the building in the first place! What were you thinking? You weren’t even running! You wouldn’t even get under the table with me!”
The Doctor and the Master end up trapped in a collapsing building together, the Doctor injured and trapped by a metal support beam.

Gallifrey. Theta Sigma dreams of the stars. Koschei hears drums from which there is no escape. They make a pact: 'Together, we'll see every star in the universe.' But first, they need to survive the day when both of Gallifrey's suns freeze at their zenith alongside other planets, and the River Lethe turns red with ash.
Basically, an alternate version of events from their childhood. What if the noise in Koschei's head stopped for a while?
