Only, the thing is, this time it isn't the Gods from his world that are trying to get to him - instead, they're from a world where they can no longer have children, and they desperately want them. It's weird, being actively sought out by Gods who (for once) don't mean harm, but their interest in his life is even weirder. Especially when he has to confront it himself.
OR: percy is taken by gods from a universe where they can't have demigods, and the magic used to find him also creates a set of books about his life - because each time one of the living demigods are mentioned, they, too, are summoned to meet their alternative parents. (although not every one of them turns up.) they've been planning to find them for a while, and now, they aren't willing to let them go. (he'll figure something out. hopefully.)

我感觉汤厨和哈厨都不会对这篇文塑造的人物形象满意。我真不知道为啥作者就非要维护斯莱特林种姓制度，非要笃定里德尔做不到令蛇院发自内心地敬重他，印度人吗？就，我可能可以理解作者这么写的意图，无非是为了让里德尔放弃纯血至上的理论。但这种写法真是极度拙劣！事实上，正典中的里德尔就是成功统治了斯莱特林，他甚至没有哈利作为同盟。如果作者非认为里德尔成功不了，我只能认为一切都是哈利的错（虽然这个理由真的很荒谬）！退一万步来说，我也完全看不出这篇同人里是否对蛇院有什么私设、与正典有哪里不同，会导致里德尔无法通过斯莱特林继承人的身份和他惊才绝艳的天赋掌管学院。真是看得我气不打一处来。

Oh this is really good. I loved watching Tom's attention get snapped up by the Mysterious Potter child who apparently?? Only speaks parsetongue?? INTRIGUING!
And just like that we got a Yearner^TM and a Simp^TM :^)I love it, I reallly do. I like how this fic didn't villainize Lily and James and the care you took into showing how they're dealing with the aftermath. I do hope they reconcile eventually but in my imagination it won't be until quite a long ways away has passed. Kudos on James thought for seeking out a mindhealer and being anti-Dumbles now. And, despite everything, him calling out George and the others for talking poorly about his son during the confrontations (despite confronting Harry in public in the first place). I also liked how caring Lily was to Harry and it's a shame the way she's choosing to deal with the aftermath but it makes sense -- her choosing to remain in contact with Dumbles makes sense too considering he was a mentor to her when she came into this new world of magic. I get the choices they made but I wish they'd made the same choices Monty, Reggie, Sirius, and Remus had made instead.
Also Monty? W Potter. I love that theres a Draco x Potter in the mix here too and that Draco and Harry are best friends but also theyre friends with Theo too and it's overall really good. I love Monty. I really do and Im happy Harry has someone in his corner.
Also yes to Sirius being lowkey vicious with how he's reacted to James and Lily's reactions to Harry? Thats the godfather I expected him to be and Im so so happy for it. W Parenting for Remus and Sirius here.
Im glad Harry still has most of the support systems he has
Anyway before I talk about Marvolo and Harry, can I just say I was wilding out about why Tonks and the McKinnons and Dumbledore are there on a FAMILY matter? Like the confrontation?? Like I can see dumbles i guess (even tho its super weird to invite your headmaster/mentor to a family meeting about your son courting a political rival) but like these two families?? Hello?? Harry underreacted imo cuz I know I wouldve blown up a lot sooner if my parents had their friends' whole families (the weasleys are included in this) invited to a FAMILY DISCUSSION. Like why does our neighbour and your hs school mate need to hear this?? Might as well invite the whole damn city?? Hello??
Okay Tom--Marvolo--and Harry. I love them?? I love a Tom/Voldie/Marvolo that sees that Harry hasnt been living life to the fullest/is not used to being loved or wanted or provided without attachments and seeks to correct that IMMEDIATELY. I love it. Im just really into them courting and Harry giving back as good as he gets and being sassy and fiery and definitely not docile and Marvolo getting the hots for it and being super turned on because yes obviously the only person he'd bow before is someone who he views as his equal and thats just really hot okay.
Marvolo also killing Rookwood and probably George behind the scenes all because they hurt Harry and Harry getting turned on by it and Marvolo being like "holy shit he doesnt just match my freak he tries to compete with me on our freaks??" I love it. I love that he gets even MORE delighted and ravenous for Harry when Harry shows he's unbothered and lowkey has the hots for his less than legal actions.
