Also, the trio saved Eri. Something All Might witnessed and now he’s staying in town in his search for a successor.

This is not that universe.
In other words, Rei runs away to become an assassin dedicated to bringing Endeavor down, while Todoroki Touya packs his siblings and leaves before too much damage can be done.
