Ilya let out a laugh, “Please, you beg for me all the time.”
“I’m not the one who can’t go more than a day without jerking off —” shut up Hollander, SHUT UP “I can totally go two weeks without fucking.”
The Centaurs do a rotational room program for their first road trip of the season. Which would be fine if Ilya and Shane could be professionals.
Shane starts a fight and gets a Dick Trick, Ilya is a mastermind, Bood becomes an Queer Icon, Troy has no idea what's going on, Hayes is having the time of his life, and no one wants to talk about the showers thing anymore.

Ilya does not know this word, clarify, though he's pretty sure he's heard it used before. Perhaps this is one of Shane's ill attempts at what people here call 'dirty talk'? (A word he dislikes, because what is dirty about making each other feel pleasure?)
"You sure sounded like slut moaning while I put in in, Hollander."
"I'm being vulnerable, you dickhead!"
Vulnerable, he knows, because it is used when there is a spot in playing formation that is weak, easy to attack. Shane is being weak for him, and he will not say anything that resembles an attack.

Summary
It starts with the Stanley Cup photo, the famous one of Scott publicly coming out. The next few are equally as loud. A picture of Scott during the NHL speech only a month after that insane day. A few of them in what must be Scott’s apartment, Kip reading, Scott covered in what looks to be blueberry mush, looking the most dejected that Ilya has ever seen him.
The ones that make Ilya ache are the simpler ones. Scott drinking with Kip’s circle of friends. A picture of Scott and Elena arguing wildly over what looks to be a game of pool. Scott perched in Kip’s lap with a neon “Kingfisher” sign casting a neon glow over them as they kiss each other with smiles wide enough that it looks like there's nothing that could separate them.
He knows it isn't a fair emotion but he feels a sorrow wash over his body in an uncontrollable wave.
Ilya longs for that.
Or,
Ilya's normal bonding night with Yuna goes in a completely different direction than he was expecting.
