Dan gets in an accident, leaving him in critical condition. He ends up stuck in between life and death, watching his own body fight to stay alive- and watching Phil fall apart, but he can’t do anything about it in his ghostly form.

His therapist recommended exercise, his doctor prescribed physiotherapy, and in the process, he found himself. And, to his eternal delight, discovered he could pick up Phil, and even squat with him.
Based on the latest phodcast episode in which Dan dropped the sickest bespoke fic prompt: "sometimes I do Phil squats and he hates it."
