Summary
He’s a little thing, maybe four or five years old if she had to guess, and that would be concerning enough considering he’s alone in the woods, a quarter of the way up a mountain and at least a mile away from civilization all by his lonesome. But Nami’s always been the observant type of person; had to be, to get by for most of her life, and to be a good navigator, and this kid? This kid is setting off all the warning bells in her mind. Not the kid himself, mind you; but at all the little details that are telling her that he really should not be here.
When Law goes missing during a stop on a quiet, out-of-the-way island, the Hearts and the visiting Straw Hats immediately drop everything to find him. But instead of the captain, they find a small boy with a familiar face who just wants to go home.
As investigations into the strange nature of the island and what has happened bear fruit, both crews are left with the uncomfortable realization that they don't know how to predict how or if Law will be able to return.
Or worse: if he'll even want to come back at all.

Summary
13 year old Trafalgar D. Water Law climbs out of a treasure chest, onto an island and into a world where he has nothing and no one left, and now he needs to survive.
Or: I read the Law light novel and decided I'd rather make up my own Heart Pirate origin story. Follow this poor kid as he tries to escape the horrors, battle the elements, deal with his past, deal with trauma, some very recent loss and a few complicated feelings about his old boss. Watch him try out new powers, cure incurable diseases and meet new friends! It will be sad but hopefully also fun and comforting. 100% guaranteed polar bear hugs.
Starts out fully Law-centric and slowly introduces more of Penguin and Shachi's perspectives and the world around Swallow Island as it progresses. Updates roughly once a month.

In a desperate attempt to bring his fiancé back to him, Professor Chaos builds a machine powerful enough to swap two bodies across dimensions. He captures Toolshed in order to enact his plan, but when the Freedom Pals come to rescue him, both Toolshed and the Human Kite are caught in the machine's path. TLDR: I always see multiverse travel with SOT and TFBW but they never include the main timeline so I wanted to add that. Also Wendy plays a big part in this cause SHES AWESOME AND NEEDS MORE LOVE!! Plot heavy with Stendy & K2 focus.
