Jayce dragged the mercury hammer out of the dome with a screech, his mind spinning as he felt adrenaline coursing through his veins like battery acid, corrosive and painful as it forced him to move forward, compelling him towards the next action, the next fight, the next piece of the mission. He was a man of action, a soldier, an actor playing his part. He couldn’t think about what that part had been, only what he needed to do next.

Summary
Nature abhors a vacuum. When a demon is banished from a world, all it leaves is opportunity for another to take its place. When Gwi-ma was blasted out of the picture, it attracted the none-too-tender attentions of another, nearby universe. Nearby in proximity, and on cosmic time scales, in date as well.
The Techrot are showing signs of changing, of evolution faster than anything seen before. Something from the outside is leaking in. The Hex sends a crack team of its members to find what is causing this change and stop it before the year resets and all this might be irreversible.
The Honmoon is secure, there hasn't been a demon sighting in two months, and most importantly, they've been on hiatus the whole time. It's probably the most peaceful time Huntrix have ever had to themselves ever since they became idols and hunters. What's up next for them? A new song, of course. There's only nine months until the Idol Awards again, and they have to, absolutely have to win this time. Their only competition is this new 90's nostalgia band from overseas that's gone viral overnight, and they're nothing Huntrix haven't handled before... right?
