Panicking over waking up in the woods with no memory of how she got there or waking up in the woods with no memory of how she got there but a bone-deep certainty that nothing is amiss.
What Nezuko gets to choose: gentleness. Restraint. Trust. To live.
Somewhere before the Entertainment District arc, Nezuko wakes up thinking clearly for the first time since becoming a demon, with no memory of how she got there. She should be terrified. She's not, and that's worse.

A reincarnation AU where Koyuki was so determined to save Akaza from himself that, instead of watching over him as a spirit, she was reborn. Over and over, every time that she died, she came back. She didn't account for how badly her repeated deaths would affect Akaza, though.
