Summary
Immediately following the Napoleonic wars of France, Aramis and Porthos became ghost hunters. They're struggling to make ends meet, and barely keeping one step ahead of the spirits they are putting to rest, when they receive a request they can't possibly refuse, despite their reservations. The newly reinstated Comte de la Fere, one of the few survivors of the reign of terror, has requested their assistance with a ghost haunting him, and the letter implies that no cost would be too great to be rid of if. Despite Aramis and Porthos' discomfort in the life of luxury to which the stodgy old Comte is likely accustomed, they have no choice but to accept. However, they quickly realize when they arrive at the ancient Manoir miles from their desolate Paris Tenement, that things at la Fere are not what they expected, and the Lord of the house himself might be the most rewarding puzzle for them to study.

Summary
The morning that Hakoda arrives at Boiling Rock, circumstances prevent Sokka from meeting him, and from looping him in to their alliances with Suki and Zuko.
Without Sokka as a go-between, Hakoda somehow still, inevitably, ends up acting as a protector to Zuko when another prisoner recognizes and targets him.
Having already humiliated the warden in front of the entire prison, Hakoda is assigned a punishment that would spell certain death for someone who doesn't have literal fire burning under their skin. -

Once she learns that home isn't where she thought it was anymore, she follows Valkyrie to where the rest of the Vulvalini have gone. She encounters a few familiar faces there, but one of them is one that she never thought she'd see again.
Everything about this is impossible, and trying to accept it is almost harder than surviving in the Wasteland had been. She is an outsider among her own people, but at least she isn't the only one.

Mobius can't watch him suffer alone any longer so he breaks containment and has to face Loki under the effects of the drug. The results are... unexpected, but not wholly unwelcome.

Summary
The Boiling Isles are rebuilding after Belos' defeat, and Alador searches for a way to contribute his talents to a new and better boiling isles. He also has to navigate how his divorce from Odalia will change his relationship with his family, and his business. It's fortunate that Darius has wholeheartedly committed himself to helping Alador with all of this, and a little less wise, perhaps, that they have both decided to jump right into a new relationship with each other while still dealing with everything else going on.
Primarily focuses on Darius' and Alador's new relationship through snapshots of a changing landscape on the boiling isles.

Summary
Zuko awakens on a Fire Nation ship - just like he wanted- and learns that the rumors of Aang's death had been greatly exaggerated. He also learns that this ship is filled with people who have every reason to want him removed from it, if not this mortal coil entirely. He's determined to prove that he's already healed enough to fight his own battles and that he doesn't need Katara babysitting him all the time, while Sokka wastes no time mining him for information about the Fire Nation to keep everyone he loves safe in the coming invasion. Of course, even with all this going on, it's the closest thing Zuko has had to downtime since Ba Sing Se, which leaves him with a whole lot of time to spend with Sokka and figure out where they stand now - at least, he would, if it weren't for the fact everyone on the ship is watching him like a hawk and likely to report anything 'untoward' directly back to Sokka's father.

Mobius M. Mobius: With Loki, because where else would he be?Of course, not everything is neat and tidy. It's a bit hard to be the only human in a world filled with Gods and Myths, even if (maybe especially if) one of those Gods is your romantic partner. It's a beautiful place, but Mobius knows he doesn't really belong there, and even if he did, he and Loki know that Asgard's time is extremely limited. Loki may be making the most of the time that Asgard has left - and why wouldn't he be - but Mobius worries ever more that time with him is not so coveted.
But, could there be another reason that Loki has been spending all this time dodging Mobius and isolating himself in his chambers with his magical tools?

Summary
The Earth Kingdom is fallen.
In Chameleon Bay, Team Avatar has reunited with Hakoda and the Water Tribe men while they wait for Aang to awaken. Tensions run high as they all try to recover from what happened in the catacombs. Toph is determined to go back to Ba Sing Se and save their new allies, Katara is past her limit just trying to keep Aang alive, and Sokka isn't so sure that returing to Ba Sing Se won't just confirm his worst fears; that Zuko is already dead.
Meanwhile, in an Earth Kingdom prison, Zuko is injured and grieving. With the Earth Kingdom fallen and the Avatar dead, all hope is lost. His sister is determined to let him rot here and he might just let her.

Considering her captors disguised themselves as her friends to get close to her, her suspicions about Sokka's new boyfriend, ugh are on high alert. When said boyfriend gets thrown into prison with her, the last thing she's expecting is to offer him relationship advice.
Meanwhile, with Zuko captured and no one else in the city to turn to, Iroh goes to the residence of Team Avatar, hoping they can help rescue his nephew, and stop his niece.
