Katsuki doesn't correct him. He doesn't say that he doesn't know when the bitterness softened into tenderness, or that maybe he's had this gentle, furious ache for Izuku since the very beginning, since they were kids in a forest with scrapes on their knees and elbows and the world in their hands.
He doesn't know how to explain it, so Katsuki just says, "I don't have feelings for him."

“You can’t just send me stuff like that with no context, Miyuki Kazuya.” The familiar tones of Sawamura’s voice rumble through his ear, so loud that Miyuki has to pull the phone away from his face. “What do you mean, pretend to go out with you?”
Miyuki asks Sawamura to do him a favor.

“I’m very glad you asked, Yahaba-chan.” Oikawa says, tone grave, which leads Kyoutani to believe this is either completely serious or not serious at all (the way Iwaizumi staunchly refuses to look their way leads him, once again, to strongly suspect the latter).
This belief is only further emphasized when the captain leans forward conspiratorially and smiles. “Two words.” to stress his point, he holds up fingers in trademark v. “Double. Date.”
And then he leans back, grin broad as if he’d just explained the purpose of the universe, and somewhere in between the quiet and the physically painful awkward Iwaizumi mutters “I’m going to kick your ass.”
Oikawa and Iwaizumi go on a double date with Kyoutani and Yahaba.
This is fine, except Kyoutani and Yahaba aren't actually a couple.Series

Or maybe it was in college, where Ushijima Wakatoshi's apartment sat beside a bar that didn't ask too many questions. Or maybe it was all the way back in middle school when a stupid kiss changed everything.
Whenever it was, the habit stuck: If you can't cope with your feelings for your straight best friend, fuck the man he hates most in the world as some grandiose form of self-flagellation.
Of course it sounds stupid. It doesn't make any sense.
But Iwaizumi Hajime's life stopped making sense a long time ago.
