Summary
In Tokyo exists the famous Ikebukuro division, known to be the paradise of the otaku culture.
In one of the hidden alleyways there rests a shrine with the statues of three owls. Legend has it that they were brothers that loved music and helping people. In exchange of their good deeds, the people built the shrine to thank them. Sadly, with time passing by, everyone started to forget about them, but they remain in the spirit world waiting patiently until they are called again.
But now in a modern era, where the Party of Words banned the use of guns and now the microphones are the way to handle disputes and fights. What would happen if someone decides to hear the rumors about the legend and kidnap one of the owls in order to gain more power?
Will Ichiro and Jiro be able to rescue their little brother before it's too late?

“It’s a one-condition, three-point curse. That means it’s powerful yet easy to break if you know the condition. The runes of the curse don’t state the condition outright, and it’s written in a combination of old speech and a cipher. Without knowing the wording, I’ll have to do some translation and code-breaking to figure out what that is. It has to have some strong desire behind it to be this powerful yet come from a relatively weak witch, from what I can tell at least. My best guess is 24-48 hours to decode it and find a solution” Jiro always teases Saburo about his ‘witch voice’, the more verbose, more airy tone he takes on when he’s spellcasting. But it’s so easy to connect to the lifeblood of the universe like this, live in the world of curses, and find himself taking on those traits, leaving behind the cynical teenager he typically is.

A certain Visual Kei star comes into the Yorozuya with a unique problem. The prodigy curse breaker Saburo tries to solve it and impress his brothers...even if that means asking some unlikely people for help.

Summary
Laws were passed to both restrict and ostracize witches, leading many to turn their backs on those in their communities. The Yumeno household already struggled in finances despite the fees they charged for spells, but now they were lucky to get people who wanted spells to begin with on top of only being allowed to cast certain types, otherwise they’d face federal charges. The twins were eighteen at this time, and their grandparents sought to move out of the country to get better work and send money back for their kids, leaving the house in the woods to them.
