I finally dared to go back to the roots of Sapkowski's writing and worked in one of our most beloved folk-tales and a well known myth, next to poking some fun at my country.
“Help yourself,” the nobleman said, his voice dry. “Assuming you accept food from an ‘idiot’. And while you eat, I shall ponder if I wish to employ you.”
Geralt twisted his mouth into a ghost of a smirk as he reached for the bowl and spoon.
