He smiles against the skin as Ziyu’s gasps. “You asked why I am obsessed with your ears? This. This is why.” Xuning takes the earlobe into his mouth and sucks.

As a child Waylon Park had been taught the two basic fear responses; fight or flight.
In Mount Massive he'd used flight, running whenever someone came for him, hiding whenever he could. He didn't know about the third response - fawning. To be meek and submissive, doing what the predator wanted in an effort to keep safe.
Why would he? The closest Waylon had ever been to a predator - a true predator - was safely observed though glass or bars.
Not lost in its very lair.

Erik straightens, and upon his instruction, Charles angles his head to the side. The canister above them slowly releases beads of a cool dark liquid that glides down the pale column of Charles's throat. The telepath's breath hitches around a sharp inhale, and his hands tightens immediately over Erik's arm.
'Relax liebling,’ Erik whispers before diving down to lick the liquid before it seeps into the sheets. He swipes his tongue in a broad swipe to absorb the incoming trickle, working his tongue and lips in tandem to drink off of Charles — pulling the soft flesh into his mouth, using his lips to suck and tongue to lick greedily over the heated skin.
