This was beyond stupid.
You felt selfish for sitting here during a Trial, notebook in hand. You had started a clean page to fully be able to draw this dull totem, and now here you were: crouched in front of it, drawing the basic shapes as quickly and accurately as you could.
The Trial had just started and you had no idea who you were facing just yet. If you got this sketched and over with, you could actually contribute to the dark game. A few swipes of the battered old pencil let you block in the basic forms. It was hard to focus and have a steady hand with the sounds of occasional yells ringing out across the Coldwind Farm.
The snap of metal echoed in the air, and you paused. That was a bear trap, answering who was playing the role of Killer this evening. The Trapper might be looking for your blood after the exit you gave him last time. Fucking hell.
