What was supposed to be a normal, festive christmas eve youtube live-stream with dares and christmas games with Dazai and Chuuya turns into so much more than they could imagine after an anonymous account gifted a galaxy with a dare that neither them or the chat could’ve expected, but it turns into so much more, the sleigh bells ring.
For what started as a chat dare, turns into something more deep— a event that would change their perspective. Maybe a dare was all they needed as a kick-start.

Chuuya hesitated, then slowly lowered himself, distributing his weight cautiously, like he was afraid of crushing Dazai by accident.
The pressure hit all at once. Dazai made a soft, startled sound he couldn’t stop, and his hands curled reflexively into Chuuya’s shirt.
“Oh,” he breathed, eyes squeezing shut. “Um—that’s—”
Chuuya tensed immediately. “Too much?”
“No,” Dazai said quickly, voice trembling. “Please don’t move.”
There is no memory of being held. There is only the present: a couch, too much quiet, and Chuuya trying, clumsily, not to make things worse. Dazai discovers the absence inside him has edges. Chuuya discovers he can’t ignore it.
or: touch, for dazai, has always meant violence, restraint, or pain. this is about the other kind—and the hollow it leaves behind once he notices it exists.

Dazai draped his hands over Chuuya’s shoulders, letting out a dramatic whine. “Check Twitter, Chuuya! They're already onto me!"
Chuuya smirked. "Sounds like a you problem, bastard. Don't rope me into this," he said, Dazai letting out an affronted gasp. Did Chuuya not understand what he'd done?
"But it's chibi's fault!" He complained, but Chuuya only shrugged. "That's not my problem," he said, nodding at the monitor. "They don't exactly know that."
"And what if they find out it's you? Most of my chat hates you!" Dazai whined, shaking his head. "They'll have my head!"
But Chuuya? Dazai's chat was not fond of the more straightforward and aggressive streamer.
"Your brats are just like you," Chuuya replied. "Annoying and dramatic. You did it to yourself, love."

The lid unscrews as easily as every other night, but only one pill falls into the waiting hand.
“Shit.” Kirishima’s face goes from tired to panicked in a moment. “How did this happen?”
He frantically searches through his bathroom drawer to find another pill bottle but he finds nothing. He pulls up the app on his phone to check the prescription and nothing had been placed.
Running a hand through his hair, he paces his room and wonders how he forgot to refill his prescription for his antidepressants. He’s always on top of it. Well, at least he hasn’t forgotten to refill it in the past two and a half years here at UA.
He checks the time and he knows the pharmacy would be closed by now. With a sigh, he takes the single pill instead of the three he normally takes. He’ll call tomorrow and hope they can have it ready before they close.
If all goes well, he’ll only feel slightly off tomorrow and then it will be like nothing happened.All did not go well, Kirishima is left for a week without any of his antidepressants. It starts off okay. It quickly turns bad during a sparring match in class.

“Uh.” Izuku blinks wide eyes up at him. “Hi, Kacchan. What am I – wait, what? When?”
“Next week,” Katsuki repeats, and oddly, Izuku seems to go pink across the bridge of his nose. “Over break? You got plans or what?”
“I mean. Not really? I guess I’ll probably just be at home. If you…” He pauses, swallowing, then plows on determinedly, “If you want to come over or anything. I know you haven’t really been to my place in years, but – well, you know. If you’re bored.”
“So you’re free,” Katsuki confirms.
Izuku squints at him. “Yes…?”
“Okay.” Katsuki falls silent, trying to work out a not-stupid way to ask, and then decides that asking at all is actually the stupid part. Why let him say no? “Come skiing with me,” he demands.
Featuring snowy hills and private hot springs, a little healing, lots of talking, nosy parents, and Katsuki & Izuku remembering what it's like to be friends.
