Summary
Almost a full year had passed since the mission on Melida/Daan, and things on Mandalore were finally settling down. Adoptions had been processed, scores had been settled, and life was finally moving forward for the rescued children that had once comprised the Young.
Jaster wanted to celebrate. But it wasn't until he was reminiscing on his own childhood that he hit upon just the way to do it.

Summary

To take a brief respite from his duties, he takes a job alongside his ade. The task seems simple: among the broken down ruins of the planet Melida/Daan, an insurgent group is causing problems for the planet's civil war.

Summary
Being reborn with her memories intact was pretty great. Being reborn into a world plagued by war was a little less great.
Being reborn literally decades before canon events fucking sucked.
Senju Tsunade wants what she was previously denied: a long, peaceful life, a family that loves her and a job that brings her purpose. Instead she gets life as a career killer, a family destined to die before she reaches adulthood and no job prospects that wouldn't include murder.
Awesome.
This story was tailored to create a believable romance for Orochimaru that neither redeems him nor portrays him as a toxic, possessive, obsessive monster. The first part of the story will focus on Tsunade to show how she becomes the sort of person that could have a relatively healthy relationship with someone like him.
The fic is COMPLETE.
