The boy’s eyes widen like a deer in headlights, and he looks around before making momentary eye contact with Gaming again as if to say ‘me?’ and Gaming can’t help but laugh to himself and give him another nod.
The blonde hides a bit more behind the twins, holding the penguin up a little higher to cover himself more before using its fin to wave back to Gaming.
He bites his cheek while he continues to move about, suppressing the biggest grin and his cheeks getting warm.

In which Luke Skywalker and Din Djarin find themselves whisked into the past via crazy Force osik and decide to make the best of it much to the initial horror of the Jedi Council, especially Obi-wan Kenobi who's been there since they landed and somehow got put in charge of dealing with them. He's also a little terrified of how big the Clone Troopers betting pool is getting because of them.
Anakin Skywalker on the other hand is stuck wondering how a mere two people can somehow turn the galaxy upside down and make it so much brighter. He's also tossing credits into the betting pool on the odds that the 501st will be the Legion that gets to keep them around, if only because the other blonde feels really familiar in the Force while pulling the same stunts he does and the council would probably want to keep all the crazy contained.

It is the natural law of the world that each person has at least one soulmate. The amount of bonds tied to the soul can be easily determined with how many unique symbols there are in the soulmark everyone was born with.
Just as the sun always rises every morning and the stars twinkle every night, every pair—or group—of soulmates would always have a Dreamer. For even with the unique soulmarks that would hopefully allow soulmates to recognize each other, the vastness of the planet still makes it difficult for them to find one another.
Legends say that it was Gaia’s pity, for she could not bear the thought of soulmates never finding each other. Hence, blessing each bond with a Dreamer who would be able to unite their fated souls together. After awakening in their coming of age, a Dreamer would be able to connect everyone who shares their soul bond through a shared dreamscape. It was because of this blessing, many were able to find their fated ones during their lifetime.

Genesis, Angeal, Sephiroth, and Zack were considered lucky soulmates who have found each other way before shared dreams. But that luck backfires when they could only meet their last soulmate in a space beyond sleep and reality.

Tomas had kept trying to gain the favor of his adoptive brother since meeting, but he eventually stopped after Bi Han blew up on him one day, claiming that a boy too weak to protect his own family could never be Lin Kuei. Tomas stopped after that, remembering every time he saw Bi Han how he had ran to his room and cried himself to sleep, weeping into his pillow at the tumbling memories of his family lying on the floor covered in blood.
He never mentioned it to anyone, but he knew Kaui Liang had noticed that something had gone wrong, constantly looking at Tomas with a worried expression whenever the three were in the same room.
That was how Tomas lived most of his life, with one brother and one enemy in the same home.
Then, something different started happening.
Everytime the two were in the same room, Bi Han stared at Tomas. He thought it was just coincidence at first, but it became a daily thing, anytime the two were in proximity, Bi Han’s eyes were fixed on the youngest brother.
He didn’t know what to make of it, it wasn’t the usual sneer he shot Tomas’ way, thankfully, but it was strange all the same. He could never imagine the reason.
