Summary
Atsushi gave a practiced smile, learned from customer service, and minor commentary. It's not like the man was paying him to make conversation. He was there to sit and look pretty. To be gawked at like a zoo attraction. He was feeling quite claustrophobic with the man's gaze on him, so the metaphor was reasonable. He hadn't even looked at the businessman once, but he felt the stare on his skin. A chill crept up his spine.
