Izuku's head spun, and he fell back with a groan, hands ceremoniously clenching and unclenching at the skin over his navel, grasping at the hardness there. This was just a little mistake, right? He didn't mean for any of this, it had never been his intention. Yet the grim memory festered further in his mind, sending him down another road of nausea. His hand flew up to his mouth, and he grit his teeth, one thought playing on repeat in his dazed head:

Summary
Midoriya didn’t know how he found himself in this mess. Living with his teacher, two other equally awkward teens, and his childhood bully who seems to hate him with a passion. Weird. The fact that they 're haunted by a family curse that turns them into animals when he hugs them? Even weirder. The weirdest thing perhaps is probably that this is now normal to him.

Midoriya Izuku doesn’t know how this all happened.
How he went from being an a barely stable wreck at one of the best space-cadet schools in the world, to suddenly being on a life-or-death mission for the universe with three other semi-unstable teens (one of which wants him dead), two aliens of royal birth, and a 152-year-old man who seemingly came back from the dead is beyond him.
To say this has been an interesting weekend would be a massive understatement.

"I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong," Shigaraki chokes the words out, wishing he could just curl in on himself. No one speaks for a moment too long and he thinks his heart might just break if this goes on.
"Don't be." He looks up at the cool gaze peering down on him, surprised to see Dabi being the one to break the silence. His bright blue spheres burn into Shigaraki's crimson eyes, and he dully recognizes that he isn't crying anymore. "You're going to be okay."
"He's right. It's a little rough right now, but we're all a family, we can get past this. It doesn't matter where you came from or what is wrong, what matters is that you're here with us. Okay?" Toga's unnaturally calm tone hits him hard. She was right, of course. Between the mist-man waiting outside, the dorky schoolgirl, anxious blond, moody gold-eyed teen, and the prettiest, scarred boy all sitting around him, it all clicked into place in the most unusual yet fitting way.
This was his family. And God knew he would never let anyone take them away from him.
(Or, a ShigaDabi FosterCare! fic, in which the League are all teens who have been adopted by Kurogiri. Quirks still exist and most aspects of the canon universe are the same. )

Summary
Izuku Midoriya grew up knowing life wasn't fair. Man had never been and would never be equal. That was a simple fact of life he had grown to accept. Not everything was possible. Not everyone could be anything they wanted. As he grew older, he would come to realize that the opposite were all lies adults told children in the hopes of motivating a success. For kids like him, it was all thoughts and prayers like that would somehow change anything. He knew what people thought about kids like him.
He was going to be different, though. The boy wasn't completely helpless.
Izuku had a quirk. And an even stronger burning desire. He was going to make it no matter what anyone else said. He was going to surpass everyone's expectations and make his mom proud of all her efforts. He promised. No one was going to stop him. Not if he could help it.
Midoriya was going to be the world's first deafblind hero.

Eddie's entering junior year with more confidence than ever. He's going to be sure these last two years go off without a hitch. He's in the top 10 of his class, he has amazing friends, a crush on the choir's lead singer, and a sense of pride stronger than anything he's ever felt. There's only one problem.
Richie Tozier.
His newly found confidence is costing him the solitude that came with being a nobody. Complete-asshat and local-jock Richie can't seem to leave Eddie alone whatsoever. Every single passing period and lunch period Eddie's rushing through the halls and praying he doesn't run into him. As the harassment grows and Eddie's sanity diminishes with each comment and shove, he's not sure if he can make it through one semester before snapping.
Suddenly he sees something he shouldn't have and he's thrown into a world of conflict, drinking, addiction, and abuse. He's not sure if he can get out of this unscathed, much less while dealing with conflicting feelings.
One thing is certain, and that's that this will be a school year like no other. -

Richie Tozier is dependent; he relies completely on himself almost all of the time, and despite his own intense self-loathing and lack of parents who care, he's always held up a facade of being an obnoxious and stand-up kid.
Patrick Hockstetter is the complete opposite. He gets pleasure from other's pain, and has such narcissistic view of himself that he can only be described as solipsistic. He has a loving home who refuse the town rumors based on their son, and nobody has ever stood up to him.
After a fateful stumble upon a fight between Patrick and Henry, Richie saves Patrick's life and seems to breach his sense of self-identity being the only identity.He finds himself falling for the idiotic boy in Coke-bottle glasses without warning, and before long he's falling faster than he can fly.
-In short, Patrick and Richie begin curing eachother of what ails them, and Patrick feels attachment and feelings for the first time.-

Tom is missing, a dead man's walking, and the only clues Edd and Matt have are a torn up teddy-bear, a room covered in blood, and a charred familiar red hoodie.
