Summary
In another universe, Obi-Wan is not as forgiving of the Jedi Council's mistakes as he had been in others. In another universe they go too far and he falls. In another universe, he finds out about Palpatine's plans and finds only one option to stop the Galaxy from falling into a giant power vaccum.
Kill Palpatine and become the Emperor himself.
This, is one such universe.
(A Codywan Series with Blyla and Anidala as secondary ships where clones get the love they deserve, Obi-Wan gets to be a bit unhinged as a treat but still is very much the same Kenobi we know and Palpatine gets what he deserves, which is a painful death)

Someone notices that a large amount of money has gone missing from the Order's accounts. They send one of their Shadows to investigate this place called Kamino. She doesn't come back. It's been two years.
Shadow Kenobi received clarification about a lot of things on Kamino; where all that money went, why Kamino wasn't in the archives, what the vague dreams and warnings she's felt all her life actually mean. She gets a lifetime lived in the Bad Timeline dumped into her memory alongside several hundred thousand of the clones getting the same of their own previous lives, and they decide it's time to get out and do something about it all.
Shadow Vos is having the time of his life.
Master Windu, who has to keep this deeply overdue holocall on task, is not.

Summary
Obi-Wan didn't want to do the Hardeen mission, not the way it was assigned. The war was hard enough on the Jedi as it was, it made no sense to cause more hurt than was necessary. But in the end, does any Jedi truly get to choose their own fate? Then it ended up being far worse than anyone expected. Pushing through the mission, Obi-Wan was looking forward to some time afterwards to put himself back together. He doesn't get that time.

The first time he received a message from Cody should’ve been a red flag, Obi-Wan had missed filing a report and the Clone Commander couldn’t seem to get him to answer his comm. Anakin had told Cody to give Obi-Wan some space, that their last mission had been tough on him.
He wasn’t wrong, he just didn’t realize the extent of it.
It wasn’t until the third Council Member called him that Anakin finally tore himself away from the comfort of his marital bed. No one had seen or heard from his former Master in three days and the Force seemed pretty insistent that he check it out.

Summary
They haven’t even been deployed for a month when they get new orders, new regulations, and suddenly the chain of command gets turned on its head.
It wasn’t supposed to work like that. The Jedi were supposed to be the ones doing the planning and the leading, but after the first few battles it became very obvious that none of them knew what they were doing. Half the Senate panicked and wanted to start negotiations with the Separatists. The other half did not, and somehow that led to both sides deciding that the lesser evil was declaring the clones were actually pretty competent at the thing they’ve literally been made for.
Cody probably got lucky with his Jedi; it doesn’t complain or try to outmaneuver him and it’s actually quite helpful. If it was a brother he’d be fond of it.
Or,
The clones were (wrongly) taught that the Jedi are immortal eldritch beings devoid of personhood, the Jedi are enslaved by the Republic within a few weeks of the war starting, and nobody knows how to ask the right questions until it's almost too late.
Cody's inability to interact with people without making spreadsheets to analyze their behavior saves the galaxy.
