When he woke up in a field by a tree the next day, the voice remained with him and even shared his frustration of being so far from his horse. It shared his sentiment of wanting to stay far from Strawberry as he possibly could. For the longest time, Arthur didn't question it. It seemed harmless enough and it didn't really bother him.
Until he died.
It was just an accident, he slipped on some rocks and fell down a mountain side while hunting for that silly Jack Hall gang treasure map. He hardly even felt a thing when he hit the ground. He saw the light and everything. Only that light wasn't heaven's glory or hellfire. It was 1:00 in the afternoon by the tree where he hitched his horse.
