Tsukauchi gestures a scratched-up hand to the cat, “I present Catzawa the menace, as he's been so accurately dubbed by some of the officers. Don’t be fooled by the cute face and fluff, Eraser is still in there.”
“That’s a cat.” Hizashi says doubtfully.
The cat makes an offended sort of meow.
tl;dr
Shōta gets affected by an accidental Quirk on patrol, and Hizashi has far to much fun coming to terms with that fact.

Summary

Trapped on a wooden ship in the middle of the ocean, Zuko tries his hardest to stay in control of his bending and his temper with the Water Tribe crew that holds him captive.
