Summary
Most Omegas in the world have mates - usually someone they know and once they find each other, they are given a government issued house and expected to get on with it. Izuku steps towards the other teen, holding his hand out to shake, “I’m Midoriya Izuku by the way. We haven’t officially met yet, right? I don’t remember seeing you at the Entrance Exam?”
The blue-haired boy pauses, studies his hand uncertainly before shrugging. “Shirakumo Oboro,” he introduces in return, hand phasing right through Izuku’s when he goes to return the handshake. Shirakumo doesn’t seem surprised by it, but Izuku whips his hand back when the intense chill climbs up his arm.

"I’m only two minutes late!” Izuku protested. Had he missed the start of an important test? None of the national, standardized tests were supposed to happen this month and even being two minutes late to one of those wouldn’t elicit this sort of reaction. They were discussing their career interest forms today, but that was it. Nothing time-critical was supposed to be happening.
“Midoriya, you were reported missing a week ago. No one has seen you for eight days. The police have been combing the city for you.”
"I’m sorry. What?”
Midoriya Izuku went missing for a week and turned up in a back alleyway with skills he's never even heard of and no memory of how he came by them. He resigns himself to never learning the truth of what happened to him, but he shouldn't waste this chance should he? He could become a hero with reflexes like these.

An alternate universe where
- Bakugo never bullied Izuku, and in fact got bullied himself for a bit
- Izuku never really wanted to be a hero, and instead got into support technology and analysis
- His dad, Hisashi, is the founder of a huge hero support technology company and is still involved in his life
- His mom and dad divorced amicably, and she remarried All Might (and there's some weird tension with his dads but it's like 90% sexual)
- Izuku is a rich kid who would take you out if you tried to fuck with his Kacchan
