Summary
Vox stayed there, bent over him, waiting for the punchline. The sudden lunge, the last-minute twist. The part where Alastor opened his eyes and laughed and said "𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺, 𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨?"
Nothing.
No music. No lazy, amused commentary. No smile rebooting back onto his face.
Just a body cooling on cracked asphalt in what used to be the loudest city in Hell.
OR Vox spends a war trying to erase the one signal he never managed to control. In the ruins of Pentagram City, he finally kills Alastor… and discovers that the silence he wanted is worse than the noise.
(This was actually supposed to be a one shot but it unexpectedly got liked a lot so im making it into a serie now)

Summary
Alastor is injured after his fight with Adam. Vox takes advantage of the situation to claim his soul. The Vees are... not as chill about it as he'd hoped.
But at least he has Alastor. He always wanted Alastor locked in his basement, and now he has him. Though now with only Alastor whispering in his ear, the Vees seem like much more of a shit idea. But Alastor is just paranoid... right? Val always treated Vox well--or, at least, the best he could have..... right?
.......And it's okay to lock people in basements........ right? When did he even start caring?
Vox has never hated winning so much.

Summary
This takes place directly after the fight with Adam, where Alastor is bleeding out from his injury taken during the battle. He hides away in his broken radio tower. However, an obsessive tv demon is watching him. From laughing and mocking him to helplessly worried over the same demon who broke him all those decades ago, Vox was watching. The same pull at his heart strings that ruined him now yanking to run to Alastor's side.

Summary
“I remember this one,” Vox says.
Alastor’s humming stops. Anxiety tastes like acid on the back of Vox's tongue.
“As do I,” Alastor admits.
Vox swallows past the lump in his throat. He can taste smoke in the air, feel Alastor’s hair brushing the edge of his face in his memories.
“Dance with me?” he asks.
Alastor freezes.
Vox freezes.
They stare at each other wordlessly, twin expressions of shock and apprehension.
There are ghosts behind Alastor’s grin. He wonders if Alastor can see the moments that haunt him too, a thousand memories pixelating into a reckless longing reflected in his wide eyes.
