“You were jealous,” Will offers it like it’s a fact, simple as that, and Mike nearly doubles over with the shock of it, an immediate blow to whatever unbothered facade he’d been attempting to put on for Will.
“Was not,” but his voice is so weak that he nearly collapses in embarrassment, an omission of guilt clear as day.
Mike is in love with Will. He tries very hard to love him quietly.

He types carefully at first, then faster, then pauses, his fingers hovering over the keys shakily.

Summary
The first time it happens, Will classifies it as a little accident.
When he wakes, the morning sun is burning through the window onto their faces, and Mike’s cursing as he stands to close the curtains, stumbling all the way.
“Scoot over,” he grumbles, voice dry, and for a second Will can’t do anything other than sigh like a lovesick idiot. It’s a second too late for Mike, because he grumbles more words Will doesn’t catch under his breath and then physically pushes Will towards the wall to lay beside him, arm over Will’s middle. A second of silence passes, then Mike sighs, only to whine: “Fuck, my head hurts.”
Will can’t help it: he breaks down laughing, much to Mike’s offense.

Summary
Will was all out of excuses to keep avoiding Mike. He didn’t think he’d be strong enough to keep avoiding Mike either way - not with Mike calling him everyday- but this feels entirely too soon, the memories still fresh. Will feels that if he even thinks about Mike he could feel the phantom of Mike’s fingers digging into his hips, his lips pressing into Wills’ pulse, the thickness of his hair between Wills’ fingers.
The Wheeler’s front door opens on its own, and Will jumps from where he’s standing, letting out a small yelp in surprise.

Summary
Now that Will’s sitting and Mike’s the one that’s standing, he looks impossibly tall. Tall and lanky, and huge. He should sit back down, Will thinks, lay back down next to Will and stay in their own secluded little bubble.
“I really want to kiss you,” Mike says, and Will’s eyes snap back up to his so violently he thinks he hears his own neck crack with the force of it.
“Don’t,” Will croaks, before his brain has even processed the words. “Don’t say that.”
“Okay,” Mike says easily, still staring. And what the actual fuck is going on? Is Will hallucinating? Is the weed making him hallucinate? “So sausage and pepperoni?”
Will stares dumbly at him. “Um - yeah. Yes.”
“Cool,” Mike replies and then just turns around and leaves Will sitting dumbly in his own room.

Summary
Coming to the conclusion that Valentino might have been drugging him with his venom for the past twelve years, Vox flees to the Hazbin Hotel to collect his thoughts. An injured Alastor is less-than-pleased to see him, but Vox begins remembering fragments of a past he didn't realise he'd forgotten and he's shocked to learn that he once had a very close relationship with his enemy.
The memories come to him faster and faster and soon, Vox realises just how much Valentino stole from him. Alastor isn't as carefully composed as he makes out and things quickly get complicated when past feelings resurface.
And then there's that whole mess with the chain around Alastor's neck. It turns out that the Radio Demon isn't as cold-hearted as everyone thinks, especially when it comes to a certain Television Demon.

Megumi feels like his brain is barely keeping pace with his mouth as he speaks, thoughts running into each other and collapsing in a heap. “I want to have sex with you.”
There. That wasn’t so hard.
“Eh?” Yuuji breathes, eyes widening. Silence for two full seconds. Then he’s shuffling closer to envelop Megumi in his arms. He’s so warm and familiar that Megumi just relaxes into it on reflex, even though he can still feel the heat of the blood that’s rushed to his face and the tips of his ears. “There’s no pressure, you know,” Yuuji reminds Megumi. “Are you sure you want to?”
“Yeah,” Megumi says, then, “Yes, I’m sure.” More conviction this time.
“Okay,” Yuuji says brightly, muffled into Megumi’s hair. He seems pleased by the prospect, and—unlike Megumi—not embarrassed to show that. It’s endearing. (Then again, Megumi finds a great deal of things that Yuuji does endearing). “When? Or did you mean now?”

Yuuji laughed again, sliding lower so his head was on Megumi’s pillow. “What’s it about?” he asked, opening the book and flipping through the pages.
“It’s a murder mystery. In Poland.” Megumi moved to lie on his side facing Yuuji, his back pressed flat to the wall behind him. The bed was too small for both of them but Megumi didn’t mind the proximity. Yuuji had a line of dark hair that went up from the waistband of his pajama pants over his belly button and almost reaching his chest. Megumi couldn’t remember if he’d had it before.
“Poland?” Yuuji frowned at the book.
Megumi watched his face, the dip of his cupid’s bow flattening as he pursed his lips.
“Read it to me,” Yuuji said, snapping the book shut and holding it across his chest toward Megumi.

Megumi took a step forward, towering over Yuji. He had grown taller over the years, giving him four inches on the younger boy. “Are you so sure about that?” He breathed. Their faces were close now, chests almost touching.
Feeling Megumi’s breath fan over his face wasn’t helping Yuji’s brain formulate a response. What was the question? Yuji had to tilt his head up to look at Megumi when he was this close, a fact that thrilled him. It wasn’t until his own caramel-colored eyes met dark blue ones that he realized just how close they were. “I’m… I’m sure. Yeah. Super sure,” he whispered.
Megumi just stared at him for a moment, letting the silence stretch. It wasn’t uncomfortable, nothing was uncomfortable between them. They had known each other for four years now, came back from the brink of death over and over, fought as allies and enemies. As much as Megumi tried to fight it, they had grown close. Which is exactly why he knew he could get away with his next move.
Yuji watched with rapt fascination as Megumi leaned forward, almost connecting their lips, but at the last second, he swept right and found Yuji’s ear to whisper, “You’re an idiot.”

Megumi lowered his book, peering over it at Yuji. He was met with caramel-colored eyes that looked a little too innocent for the Yuji that Megumi knew. Megumi laid the open book next to him on the couch and placed his hands on Yuji’s thighs, which were currently bracketing his own. Yuji, with the book now out of his way, placed his hands on Megumi’s chest.
“What are you plotting?” Megumi asked.
Yuji shrugged. “Who says I’m plotting anything?” Megumi didn’t miss how Yuji opened his legs further, allowing his hips to sit flush with Megumi’s.
“Your face says otherwise,” Megumi argued, but he moved his hands to Yuji’s hips all the same.
Yuji cocked his head to the side, playing as coy as possible. “What does it say?” Yuji wrapped his arms around Megumi’s neck, one hand scratching at this hair.
Megumi took a deep breath, doing his best to ignore how fucking good that hand felt in his hair. “It says you’re full of shit.”
