This is definitely not finished. But here’s what you need to know:
The world has made all magic illegal.
Isla McKade knows this much is true: magic can be used for good and evil it just depends on how you use it ( or your intent). And she doesn’t want to use much of it. Not any more- minor spells and potions, her magical sobriety wouldn’t last if it weren’t for some vices.
But her twin brother has gone MIA since the Incident- and Gary, her high school boyfriend is back in her life and asking her for help- to save his little sister from ending up like the two of them- in jail, broken down or worse.
Tensions are high with the government’s new laws against magical creatures and magical items.
Isla’s reputation precedes her- the hack of a witch who ruined magic for everyone- and doing magic, even for the greater good, would be a risk, one she normally would not be willing to take.
But doing this one thing… helping Gary out, after everything her past mistakes have put him through… Well, it could makeup for all the pain and suffering she has caused. Maybe. She could help, but should she?

Summary
Sir Simon, Knight of Salisbury, has trouble remembering his lines. They're especially hard to remember when his coworker, Knight Basilton Grimm, pins him down once a day and asks him at sword-point if he's willing to submit. Maybe if they practice their lines and Simon gets everything (read: gay thoughts about his coworker) out of his system, he might stop getting so distracted in front of the audience and Baz will stop being angry with him.
