Then Ned had given him the tip about some raid going down by the docks, and it was just his luck when it wasn't a police raid but one gang versus another. Then he had been spotted by James Rhodes, Tony Stark's right-hand man. That's why he's hanging from ropes in a room waiting to be interrogated by none other than Tony Stark himself.
