“I figured.” Satoru does not care. Not about the dead men, and only barely about the little girls.
“Maybe you should kill me.” As if saying it once is not enough, into the shocked silence, Suguru nods, and repeats, “Yeah. You should kill me. That would have meaning.”

Summary
“Thanks for giving me an excuse to skimp on teaching! Whom do I owe for this impromptu save?” Satoru’s voice is chipper and obnoxious as always, carrying that vapid aura of arrogance even the tinny sound of a burner phone can’t obscure. It falls along the lines of things Suguru expected to hear. Satoru never did pass up a chance to annoy others and make life more interesting for himself, and that’s what makes it all feel so tragically mundane even when it’s really, really not.
“Yo, Satoru.”
A little anticlimactic, Suguru will admit later. He should have led with something else. Like how he’s alive-not-alive, or how he remembers Satoru’s last words to him. Or maybe that he’s sorry for-

Suguru brings that curse to his lips, swallows down the remains of his best friend, his one and only. He doesn't know if it's Satoru's soul or just a mindless curse he's ingesting, but still, he can't part with it.

Suguru understood his partner’s frustration. Yaga had just called them into his office to explain their newest mission, infiltrating UA high school for hero students, and it somehow sounded more miserable than the missions they were normally sent on.

Featuring Satosugo being helplessly and publicly in love (to everyone's annoyance), Aizawa losing more and more of his sanity everyday, the HPSC quaking in their boots, and Class 1A's usual chaos being kicked up a notch with the help of their new overpowered TA's.

“Fushiguro, right?” The taller one says, hands settling on his knees as he lowers into a crouch. “Megumi and Tsumiki?” He smiles as he says their names, glossy lips as bright as his eerie blue eyes in the warmer light of the late afternoon, familiar and fond.
Almost, Megumi wonders, as if he knows them.
Or: There are consequences to time travel. In this case, they turn out to be good ones.

“Suguru, listen. Listen to me,” Satoru lightly shakes him and only speaks again when Suguru’s lifeless eyes meet his manic blue ones through the bathroom mirror. “Don’t worry, we’re going to fix this. It’s fine.”
Suguru looks at the pinkish water pooling on the sink, the crusted red under his nails, his blood-stained uniform, and hopelessly, desperately wants to believe him.
Shoko watches them both—Suguru with his bloodied uniform and Satoru with his erratic cursed energy all over the place and his eyes looking a little crazed. The last time he saw them this fucked up was after that disastrous Star Plasma Vessel mission. Shoko doesn’t trust either of them to handle their next steps.
She heaves a deep sigh, closing her eyes and holding her breath for one to two beats before opening them at the exhale. There’s a glint in her exhausted eyes, the skin tight at the edges of them that makes it known to Satoru that she already has a plan and all they have to do is follow it down to the minute details.
“Okay. Listen up,” Shoko speakers, sounding the most serious they’ve ever heard her. “Here’s what we’re gonna do.”

“I,” Suguru grits, pinching two fingers together, “am this close to mass murder.” He’s joking. Probably.

She scandalises, to be sure— she has a wife stowed away in Solunee-over-the-Water, so it’s said— but many of the avarsin pay her huge sums to see their shipments safely across the Chadavean Sea, to smuggle valuables, or sometimes even to conduct raids on rivals’ ships. It has long been suspected that her father pays her great sums to feed him information and safeguard his ships. The Great Avar, we suspect, would not be as rich as he is without Shaleän Sevraseched. So her acknowledgement was generally considered to be long overdue, and we do agree with the Zhasan— we think he means efficiency, and personal investment, in his sending of her.”
(The Great Avar's definition of a 'trade negotiator' is possibly a little loose... so it's just as well that Shaleän is only sort of meant to be doing that.)
