Summary
If he were to encounter Hermione, he'd likely face a severe scolding, if not outright hexed. There were many reasons for this. Firstly, Harry had pilfered Hermione's middle and last name. (Oh, but perhaps Hermione would forgive him, for she had always regarded him as a brother.) Secondly, Harry adopted a boy without reading a single parenting book. (Although she might annihilate him with parenting books, she might still forgive this too.) Thirdly... Harry had interfered too much with the past, so he could no longer meet Hermione and Ron. (And she would not forgive this fact.)
Yet, looking at the black-haired boy he had adopted as his son, Harry could not help but smile.
