Summary
The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku instead finds himself catching the attention the #9 Pro Hero.
But things are not as they appear as Ryukyu seems to have peculiar interest in him as well as a complex history with his father, and seems to be quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason. But that might be the least of Izuku's worries as a dangerous new player appears on the scene, one who is disregarding all the unspoken rules between heroes and villains and is bent on spreading as much terror as possible.
But soon enough the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence.
Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowly worming their way into Izuku's heart, each one representing one of the five major alignments of good, evil, neutral, lawful, and chaos.

The vermin started coming, and refused to leave. It was manageable, at first, nothing more than a wasp nest or a spider in the attic; but soon the whole city was infested with every kind of insect and parasite imaginable. Not even UA was safe from the infestation.
A new vigilante hit the scene. This one was unlike anything anyone had ever seen before: he roamed the streets at night, more akin to a ghost than a real person. No criminal could harm him, no hero could apprehend him. Those who faced him would tell what happened with a haunted look on their faces.
How are these three events connected? Well, it involves a boy, his quirk and what remains of his dream.

To say Midoriya Izuku was a fan of quirks was an understatement. He loved analyzing them, even from a young age. As a quirkless person himself, he believed by studying the way heroes use their quirks, he could become a great hero on his own. After all, he accepted that it wasn't possible for him to ever receive a quirk.
That is, he was missing some key information about the world around him, and those revelations that would come would fundamentally change him into something far greater. He would become the next number one hero and through trial and perseverance would rise victorious as Japan's Eternal Protector.
