“Is it a love song?” he lilts slyly, reveling in the way Till flushes and whips his head away from them, as if that would hide who he was looking at from Ivan’s knowing gaze.
“No! What would you know about that?” Till exclaims, embarrassment coloring his face. Hurriedly, he shuffles the pile of papers away to his side, hidden from view. Ivan studies the way the light colors his hair a shimmering silver, how it curls around his neck. He lowers his eyes and averts them to where Mizi is, hand in hand with Sua, looking like a girl in love.
Funny that.

“Everyone, get on the ground or I’ll gut you!”
Midoriya isn’t very impressed by this threat, and as everybody in the restaurant scrambles down to the dirty tile floor in a hazy panic, he stares straight into the masked man’s eyes with a resignation that comes with being in customer service for far too long.
“Sir,” he says, an all too wide and all too fake smile plastered tightly on his face. The masked robber gulps, the gun in his hands shaking ever so slightly. “This is a McDonald’s. Why the fuck are you robbing a McDonald’s.”
The masked robber suddenly looks very unsure. Good for him, Midoriya thinks. He hopes the guy is sorting out his options properly right now. But, well, he has a job to do, so his smile widens almost painfully so.
“So,” he says cheerfully, “will it be dine-in or to-go?”
( Or: All Midoriya Izuku wants is cash. Money. The green paper. The moola. The fat paychecks. Really, anything to help his mother.
What he doesn’t want is a bunch of small-time (maybe big time) villains getting in the way of this. Unfortunately, he doesn’t get a say in this, and- ah shit, why are heroes here too? )

When he looks at Sawamura Eijun, a boy whose all baseball and determination, he sees a smile that’s too wide, too bright, too confident for it to be natural.
He looks like he’s eaten too much sunlight, like he drank so much sunlight he’s drowning in it.
“Sawamura,” he says, trying to steady his voice. “Are you okay?”
“Of course,” Sawamura answers easily, nothing betraying the boyish grin stretching across his cheeks. He raises a brow. “What makes you think otherwise?”
When he looks at Sawamura Eijun again, he realizes the boy knows far more than anybody else did. He just doesn’t know what.

“Tsukki, please.”Meant to be 5 times Tsukishima accidentally and very reluctantly saved Kageyama from his own social ineptness, and one time Kageyama does the same for him, but we ran into problems bc OP can't count.
(or: everyone is srsly stressed over kageyamas existence, but kageyama, despite having the common sense of a Five Minute Crafts video, is like those buff himbos within the tsundere category. so he somehow ends up wholly unscathed throughout this shit, while everyone else doesnt)
tldr: kageyama lacks forethought, and everyone but him suffers the consequences of it.
