Summary
He was a state alchemist, and military personnel as much as his brother didn't want to believe him. He went through standardized testing, completed weeks of training and got his gun certification although he never carried it. His brother thought that was because he would never kill someone, others knew that it was because he was more dangerous with alchemy. He could kill one person with a bullet from a distance, with alchemy and a clap of his hands he could kill hundreds.

Summary
Nagisa Shiota, a fifteen-year-old boy who goes to Kunugigaoka Junior High, a prestigious school for kids all over Japan though he is not that special since he was sent down to the lowest of the lows, 3-E, 'the end class' where students who fail to maintain the standards required to stay on the main campus were sent. An old shack that was made out of wood with a crazy high hike every day.
He was lying on the floor bruised, his hair down messily, all because he came home later than usual and got stuck with a group project. He'd offered to help his classmates carry the supplies out back to their correct place, and he also stayed behind to help clean up the classroom since it was a mess after home-ec.
"I'm sorry, Mom. It won't... happen again." Nagisa said weakly, finding the strength to apologise for his mistake.

“Death by a firing squad, or an easily suicidal coverup? It’s your choice, Caffrey.” The leader, without a gun in hand, but an authoritative aura over the others, threatened him.
“Well, you know, this is a pretty nice suit, and it would be a shame to return it with so many bullet holes, hitting the ground may work better.” Neal suavely responded to Peter’s dismay.
“Neal, no-!” Peter was cut off by an arm around his mouth as he was forced heavily into a kneel.
Neal gave Peter that smirk, the one that meant he stole his wallet or maybe had some fancy wine for tonight, and it made Peter nauseous to see it on the face of his to-be dead friend.
So, with Peter’s muffled screams, Neal fell backwards off the steep roof of the former office building.

He slid his phone back and waited for Wally to leave a voicemail or stop trying. He would try harder if it was an emergency. It was awkward as hell as they waited for the phone to stop ringing.
Diana eyed Neal and stared towards where his phone was ‘hidden’.

He crouched on the edge of a building and watched as Altin pulled up on his motorcycle. He was in so much shit for not telling him about that.
He whistled softly and watched as Altin looked up. He waved at him and Altin gestured for him to come down. And who was he to say no to that?
He shimmied down the side of the building, hopping down the last few feet and landing in a crouch. He looked up and Altin handed him a helmet.
"Hey there Altin. Fancy meeting you here."
Altin just nodded once and gestured to the back of the motorcycle, a clear indication for him to get on.
Lilia would kill him. Yakov would dig up his remains and set them on fire. But Altin gave him a helmet, plus he had met him once or twice at some competitions even if they didn't talk every time.
He got on.
